The general terms and conditions (STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS) are like follows :

1.The Detektei Jacobs & Eckold is indebted, that your granted mandate to take care of according to best knowledge and proficiency.

2.The investigators determines type and sages of the sales order-implementation after dutiful discretion and in adjustment with the principal.

3.The Detektei Jacobs & Eckold will maintain silence over everything, which reaches on the basis of the sales order to the knowledge, opposite each third party.
This is applicable also to co-workers and employees.

5.The reports are intended only for the principal and, to treat strictly confidentially from this.
The principal is liable for agreement-unfavorable passing on of a report at third parties.

6.The principals has no claim at notification of the Detektei Jacobs & Eckold informants.

7.It becomes with conclusion of a contract, generally doesn't agree differently, a pre-cash register-bill manufactured. This pre-cash is due by the activity-start.

8.The investigators can dismiss the principals with existence of an important reason anytime.
With premature notice of termination of the sales order, the principal has all to carry costs incurred until then.
If the premature notice of termination is induced by the Detektei Jacob's & Eckold contrary to the contract performance, a claim is not entitled in this respect,
as the previous services are not because of the notice of termination from interest in the principal.

9.The principals commits itself, for the term of the sales order and after contract award, without agreement with the Detektei Jacobs & Eckold, not even
in the matter to become active or to let become third active, provided there is danger, that the activity of the mandatary is hindered.

10.After services provided produced bills immediately are due.

11.The principals assures with his signature that his statements respecting the lawful interest in the sales order-implementation
